Information we receive about you

  • Your information also includes the information you choose to share on RedSwank, such as when you post a photo, or comment on a friend's post. It also includes the information you choose to share when you take an action, such as when you share with a friend or use our contact importers.

For example, you may link your Facebook account to RedSwank, which allows us to obtain information from those accounts (e.g., your friends or contacts). Information we get from your use of our services

We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them. This information includes:

  • Device information
  • We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). RedSwank may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your email and other accounts.
  • Log information
  • When you use our product, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include:
  • details of how you used our service, such as your search queries.
  • telephony log information like your phone number, calling-party number, forwarding numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, SMS routing information and types of calls.
  • Internet Protocol address
  • device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.
  • Location information
  • We may collect and process information about your actual location, like GPS signals sent by a mobile device. We may also use various technologies to determine location.
  • Unique application numbers
  • Certain services include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number) may be sent to RedSwank when you install or uninstall that service or when that service periodically contacts our servers, such as for automatic updates.
  • Local storage
  • We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.
How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect to provide our products to you and make them better, develop new products, and protect RedSwank and our users. We use this information to make your experience better with RedSwank by giving you customized content, like, showing posts that you may like.

Send you updates (such as when certain activity, like share, ratings or comments, happens on RedSwank), newsletters, marketing materials and other information that may be of interest to you. For example, we may send you weekly updates that include fashion posts you may like.

Help your friends and contacts find you on RedSwank. For example, if you sign up using a Facebook account, we may help your Facebook friends find your account on RedSwank when they first sign up for RedSwank. Or, we may allow people to search for your account on RedSwank using your email address.

The information we collect may be "personally identifiable" (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or "non-personally identifiable" (meaning it can't be used to specifically identify you). We use both types of information, and combinations of both types, as described above. We may use or store information wherever RedSwank does business, including countries outside your own.

What choices do you have about your information?

Our goal is to give you simple and meaningful choices over your information. If you have a RedSwank account, many of the choices you have on RedSwank are built directly in to the product or your account settings. For example, you can:

  • Access and change information in your profile at any time.
  • Link or unlink your RedSwank account from an account on another service (e.g., Facebook or Twitter). For some services (like Facebook), you can also choose whether or not to publish your activity on RedSwank to that service.
  • When you share a post, you can choose who to share with-friends, everyone in RedSwank community.
  • Close your account at any time. When you close your account, we'll deactivate it and remove your posts from RedSwank. We may retain archived copies of your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (including to help address fraud and spam).
Facebook Data Deletion instructions

If you want to delete your activities for RedSwank Login App, you can remove your information by following these steps:

  • Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”
  • Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
  • Search and Click “RedSwank Login” in the search bar.
  • Scroll and click “Remove”.
  • Congratulations, you have succesfully removed your app activities.
Information we share

When you share with RedSwank community, anyone can view your post and info about you. You may also provide us with profile page information that anyone can view.

Only by your consent, we may share information with other services (like Facebook or Twitter) when you've chosen to link to your RedSwank account to those services or publish your activity on RedSwank to them.

  • For external processing
  • We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures
  • For legal reasons
  • We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of RedSwank if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
  • meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
  • enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
  • detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
  • protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of RedSwank, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
  • We may share aggregated information with our partners-like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.
  • If RedSwank is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you on RedSwank. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.


We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we'll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use RedSwank after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by law.
